William Scott "Bill" Goldberg (born December 27, 1966) is a former professional wrestler best known for his time in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).[1][2] He is famous for holding the record for the largest undefeated winning streak in professional wrestling. The official count is listed as 173 wins and zero losses,[1][2] although some authors have disputed that total.[3] Goldberg is also famed for his catch phrase, "Who's next?"
Goldberg is recognized by WWE as a two-time World Heavyweight Champion, being the first man to hold both the WCW and WWE incarnations of the Big Gold Belt.[4][5] He is also recognized by WWE as a two-time United States Champion as well as a former World Tag Team Champion with Bret Hart during his time in WCW.[6][7][8] Before he was a professional wrestler, Goldberg was a college and NFL football player

He is also known by his former ring name The Rock and is occasionally credited as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson .The Rock was a collegiate football player and, in 1991, he was part of the University of Miami's national championship team. He later played for the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League, but was cut two months into the season.[4] This led to his decision to become a professional wrestler like his grandfather, Peter Maivia, and his father, Rocky Johnson. He gained mainstream fame as a wrestler in World Wrestling.In WWE, The Rock was a nine-time world champion, having won the WWF/E Championship seven times (with his last reign being as the WWE Undisputed Champion) and the WCW/World Championship two times.
